Common questions

When does OneTeam launch?
iOS first, with the App Store submission scheduled for the 2026–27 school year. Web admin dashboard and Android follow. Join the waitlist on the home page and we’ll email you the moment the iOS app is live.
Who is OneTeam for?
Teachers running MTSS check-ins from their phone, school leaders aggregating tier data across classrooms, and parents receiving Microsoft Teams updates from their school. Districts can deploy OneTeam school-wide under a signed Data Privacy Agreement.
How does OneTeam work with my school?
OneTeam acts as a “school official” under FERPA, meaning we handle student data only on behalf of the school. Schools provision teachers, parents enroll through informed consent, and all data lives in your school’s isolated tenant. Procurement starts with our DPA — see /dpa.
Is my child’s data safe?
Yes. Encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256), Row-Level Security on every database table, role-based access control, and an audit log on every record change. We do not sell, share, or use student data to train AI. Full details on /privacy and your rights on /parent-rights.
Can I download the iOS app now?
Not yet — we’re finalizing the App Store submission. Join the waitlist and you’ll be among the first notified when it goes live.
Will there be an Android or web version?
Both are on the roadmap. iOS ships first because that’s where our pilot teachers are. The web admin dashboard for school leaders is the next major milestone after iOS launch.
How much does it cost?
Pricing for the 2026–27 school year is per-school annual licensing, with a free tier for individual classroom teachers piloting on their own. Email support@oneteam.school for current district pricing.
I’m a parent and I want to opt out.
You can withdraw consent at any time — contact your child’s school directly to remove your child from OneTeam, or email privacy@oneteam.school and we’ll route the request. Withdrawing consent is logged in the audit trail.
