Where OneTeam fits

You’ve built the system. OneTeam makes it lighter.

MTSS depends on careful, daily work — screenings reviewed, interventions tracked, families kept in the loop. OneTeam handles the manual parts so the system your team has built keeps running, especially when the calendar gets tight.

What MTSS already does well
  • Universal screening surfaces students who need extra support.
  • Tier-2 and Tier-3 supports are matched to specific student needs.
  • Intervention plans are documented with clear goals and timelines.
  • Schools build trusted, ongoing relationships with families.
What OneTeam takes off your plate
  • Screening signals flow continuously — the picture stays current on its own.
  • Tier moves are logged in seconds from a phone, in the moment.
  • Intervention fidelity is recorded as a side effect of normal use.
  • Families get a real-time update the moment their child meets a goal.

What OneTeam does differently

Four pillars, designed around the way teachers actually work — phone-first, between bells.

📋
Simplify data collection
Check-ins, ratings, and notes captured in seconds at point-of-care. No double entry, no separate logging workflow.
📊
Alignment & analysis
Every data point feeds tier reasoning automatically. The dashboard surfaces students who need attention without anyone running a report.
🎯
Automate intervention tracking
Tier 2 and Tier 3 supports are logged as a side effect of normal use. Students don’t fall through the cracks because logging is manual.
💬
Automate family communication
Parents stay in the loop through Microsoft Teams adaptive cards — no separate emails, no extra teacher work.
Check-ins

30-second check-ins, between bells.

Tracking twenty-eight students through behavior, attendance, and progress is real work. OneTeam reduces every check-in to four taps on a phone — same data, less time, and the entries flow directly into MTSS tier reasoning.

  • Met / Partial / Missed — quick-rate buttons designed for one-handed use during a passing period.
  • Voice-to-text notes — capture context without typing on a phone keyboard.
  • Offline-capable — log check-ins on a Wi-Fi-spotty bus or playground; sync resumes when you’re back online.
  • Last-touched cues — see at a glance which student you haven’t checked in on this week.

MTSS dashboard

Tier reasoning, automatic.

Stop running reports to figure out who needs attention. OneTeam aggregates academic, attendance, and behavioral signals on a rolling 6-week window and surfaces tier movements as they happen.

  • 6-week rolling window — the standard MTSS measurement cycle, computed continuously instead of at quarter end.
  • Threshold-based flags — students whose data crosses the school’s configured thresholds bubble to the top of the list.
  • Movement notes — when a student shifts tiers, the dashboard explains why in plain English.
  • Intervention prompts — suggested next steps based on tier history, not generic advice.
Family communication

Families in the loop, in real time.

Parents shouldn’t hear about their child’s tier-2 intervention three weeks after it started. OneTeam pushes adaptive-card updates to the school’s Microsoft Teams channels the moment a check-in or reward happens — no extra app for parents to install.

  • Microsoft Teams adaptive cards — rich, scannable updates families already get inside the school’s existing comms channel.
  • Goal-met celebrations — reward moments routed home automatically the moment they happen.
  • School-controlled — administrators choose what gets sent, when, and to which channel. Teachers can’t over-share.
  • Bilingual by default — English + Spanish out of the box, with the framework in place for additional languages.

The MTSS loop, automated

The same six steps every school runs — with the manual parts removed.

1
Collect
Teachers log check-ins on their phone in under 30 seconds.
2
Analyze
Rolling 6-week windows aggregate behavior, attendance, and academic signals.
3
Identify
Tier indicators flag students whose data is trending the wrong way.
4
Intervene
Specialists and classroom teachers see who needs Tier 2 or 3 support and when.
5
Track
Each intervention has a fidelity log so you know whether the support was actually delivered.
6
Communicate
Families get adaptive-card updates in Teams the moment a check-in or reward happens.

Built for the people who run MTSS — and the people it serves.

OneTeam ships with the documents and controls schools and districts need to onboard us — many of which are uncommon for a pre-launch product.

Common questions

When can I use it?
The web app is live now at oneteam.school/app — sign in with your district credentials or your existing OneTeam account. The iOS app is in App Review with submission scheduled for the 2026–27 school year. Android follows.
How is this different from ClassDojo?
OneTeam is built around MTSS — multi-tier framework, intervention fidelity, audit logs, school-official model. Not a behavior leaderboard, not a public points system, not a kids-facing surface. See our public commitments.Read the comparison
Is my child’s data safe?
Yes. Encryption in transit and at rest, Row-Level Security on every database table, audit log on every record change, US-hosted, and we never sell or share student data. Full breakdown on our security page.Security overview
How do districts procure it?
Start with our public DPA summary, then request the signed exhibit at privacy@oneteam.school. We sign the SDPC National Data Privacy Agreement (NDPA) standard form plus a OneTeam exhibit, customized per district.See the DPA
How much does it cost?
Per-school annual licensing, with a free tier for individual classroom teachers piloting on their own. Email support@oneteam.school for current district pricing.Contact support
